well, i don't know about the lilo, but win xp will not be able to see the linux partition, since it doesn't understand ext2 or ext3 filesystems. Additionally, why did you use LILO? Red Hat uses GRUB by default (which is what i use. Try reinstalling (i know pain in the butt) and use grub instead.
