Cool Red hat 9 questions

I am just curios how to change the redhat icon for the main menu to something else, i can change everything else except the trash, those 2 things it wont let me change, but i am still new so thought i would ask, I am in Gnome also.

Also how can you make the background transparent for windows you have open in nautilice open or for other stuff, i set it to a color but i cant find anywhere to make it transperent..

ok i guess i got 1 more, then i am done buggin ya for the night...=P
how can you set RH9 to start in the Command Line mode from inside the gui? i haven't been able to find anything that will allow me to switch the startup method. Thx for the help.
