You're trying to install an end of life commercial Linux distribution.
Perhaps you should consider one which is more current. Have you checked your hardware and know that it is working? What does the BIOS say? |
BIOS through boot machine its work but when i try to customize the layout its show error message
an error has occurred no valid dervices were found on which to create new file system. pleases check your hardware for thr cause of this problem |
Assuming you mean the G9 DL380 (not LD), then you can't install RHEL 5.7 on it. Per the HP support matrix http://h17007.www1.hpe.com/us/en/ent...xceptions.aspx, the DL380 Gen9 requires at least RHEL 6.5/7.0 (needs additional driver disk) or RHEL 6.7/7.2 (with no extra drive disk required). There is no RHEL 5 support for that model because HP doesn't provide drivers.

hello can you able to send the setup completed this task

I don't know what you are asking.
What I tried to explain is that you cannot install RHEL 5.7 (or any RHEL 5) on that server. There are no storage drivers available so the OS will not recognize any disk drives on the system. |
thanks for your information

i DO have to ask !
Why RHEL 5.7 ????? the very last rhel5 WAS 5.9 rhel5 is way past it's End Of Life the current old hardware legacy support is rhel6.9 with the current rhel 7.4 so WHY 5.7 ? |
@vickneshw.
? May be version 5.11 has the required hardware support ? Note : RHEL 5.xx doesn't support GPT disks ! Only hard disks with a DOS partition table are supported. GPT disks : Use ver. 6.9 or 7.4 . 5.11, free version "Redhat CentOS 5.11" http://vault.centos.org/5.11/isos/x8...n-DVD-1of2.iso Ref. http://vault.centos.org/5.11/isos/ - |
