Recycaliing Bin Missing On Gnome?!

I updated ubuntu last night and today when i ran my linux i toniced my recycaling bin was missing from the bottom bar on the right , is there any way i can acsess it to delete the files i deleted ? please help?

Anyone know how I could at lest look at the files so i could delete them again?! Or put an icon on my desktop?

Open a terminal, see if you can do
cd ~/.Trash
If that works, then you are in the trash can, and everything in it is still available. You could recreate an icon for it, but there is no need.
