Here is the overview:
Step 1, get a full sector-by-sector clone/image of each drive using gnu ddrescue
Step 2, virtually reconstruct RAID from the clones/images with a data recovery program (ie
R-Studio) and confirm you can not only see files, but that they open
Step 3, rebuild RAID 0 with original drives (assuming that they are healthy)
Step 4, copy recovered data to newly built RAID
