Reconfiguring SWAP partition

When installing fedora 7 I make by mistake a huge SWAP partition of 20 GB. I want now to split it in 2: one of 500 MB (I hope it would be enough) and the rest for the data. Can anybody tell me how to do this ? I must mention that I am not soch a good expert in fdisk and others. It wold be a possibility to reuse the installation disk and try to reapir option ? It would that be posiible to do without losing the data in the other fedora partition ?
The boot partition is sda 5 and the swap partition is sda 6. I also have win partitions (sda 7 to 10) that I need for the WIN XP, also installed.
Thank you !

Use gparted to resize your swap partition and then to resize your fedora installation partition
