Realtk RTL8187B : I don't know how to make it work on Xubuntu

Greetings,

I have recently installed Xubuntu on m Toshiba Satellite Pro A210 notebook and the wireless card is not working. I may have chosen a REALLY SIMPLE SMALL distro with not too many packages so I am considering to install Gentoo instead.

The problem is I CAN'T GET MY WIRELESS CARD TO WORK. I don't know how to get, compile or configure drivers. I don't know how to get, compile or configure NDISWRAPPER which seems to be very helpful for this kind of situation. Any advice or solution based on either xubuntu or gentoo would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
