RealPlayer wont uninstall

I installed realplayer using the rpm from the realplayer website. Some home its got screwed up and when i try to run it i get a "Segmentation fault", I have no idea what this means!

Anyway I have tried to uninstall it using the folloing method

rpm -e rp8_linux20_libc6_i386_cs2_rpm

but i am told

error: package rp8_linux20_libc6_i386_cs2_rpm is not installed

but if i try to install it again it tell me that it is already installed!!!! What on earth is going on?! I also tried reinstalling using the --force command but it still wont run.

I m a newbie, am i going about uninstalling properly?

I got it sorted!!! Whooo newbie conquers linux. Realised that i had to do

rpm -e RealPlayer

Just incase you're interested the version downloadable from www.tucows.com, cs1, works okay, had same problem in Red Hat.
