real time scheduler test

How do I implement a real-time task generator to test the real-time scheduling policy. The generator should be able
to generate new real-time tasks randomly or following some arrival patterns using system timer handler. If anyone has the kernel code please share.

If you could tell me a link or any idea, it would be helpful.
