Question Real Quick, how do I inject files into an "internal Storage" formatted Micro SD card from an andriod phone from desktop,Win 10 in this case?

I am trying to inject a good 20-30 gigs into the Micro SD card that I have used as formatted for extended storage for the internal andriod 7.0 kernal, and I wish to be able to mount it from the card itself right now, due to very slow transfer rates, (and also potential sudden disconnects from my phone itself randomly), to ensure that these files are transferred properly. Well two problems right now is for one, that the PC I'm running with right now uses a primarily UEFI favoring windows 10 right now, and doesn't want to recognize the potential format of the SD card without forcibly reformatting it. And unfortunately right now I don't have my tools right now to burn myself an Linux ISO, (in my case Mint), to do a quick installation or Live demonstration. I mean I do have Kali linux in a virtual box right now, but as it stands, it only wants to read itself right now as read only, "data locked" protected software in the windows Disk Management right now, so I can't suggest the virtual box in itself would be able to necessarily mount it at this very moment. I'm just trying to ask here what they'd think would be the best course of action right now, because Inevitably I favorably need these 20-30 GB on this micro SD card, and cannot as of currently risk formatting it right now, (and as a bonus, It'd be data locked anyway,) because I can't exactly trust waiting the Five or so hours it'd take passing through a micro usb, and expecting no sudden disconnects. Any ideals would be appreciated, thanks.

Burn Linux Mint or Ubuntu or Pop!_OS to a USB stick and boot a live session. Kali is not meant for general purpose desktop activities.
