Are you looking for something like AeroMail, OpenWebMail, IMP Webmail or do you want to write your own PHP webclient?

Please do not post threads regarding the same subject more than once. Picking the most relevant forum and posting it once there makes it easier for other members to help you and keeps the discussion all in one place.
