Readiness and awareness of higher education staff in FOSS technology‏
 

Hi Dear members, I'm Mr. ItianMan, MBA student, First let me say to you thanks for your effort that you put on gaining the information on FOSS.
I'm doing my project for migrating my university to FOSS technology, during my process I try to measure the readiness and awareness of each Lecturers, ICT department staff and administration to FOSS, to conclude who need to take FOSS training in his/her area of work and who not, so my question is do any of you know any survey, instrument, questionnaire or scale to measure the readiness and awareness of the universities staff including Lecturers, Librarians, and administration.

What I'm searching is the survey itself that designed before and tested it's reliability and validity to measure the level of readiness and awareness of my university staff both academicians, IT technicians and administration.
