Read Only in Windows

Hi! What are the possible problem when Windows access the file from Ubuntu got Read Only even though have a full permission to read, write and execute the file? Ubuntu to Ubuntu accessing the file there is no problem only Windows got a problem.

By default ubuntu allows "read write" permissions on windows drives.

we can change this while mounting.
Right click on windows drive-> mount -> asks password -> go to details ,mount as readonly.
