re installing Bootloader

I am installed Linux with windows (dual booting). Now I would like to re-install windows, and sure that will damage the bootloader.
Can you tell me how I can install boat loader? Iam using redhat Linux (Fedora). I had tried installing bootloader by rebooting system with CD1, but that not upgrade the bootloader.
