Rapid Deployment of Redhat to new servers via DVD ISO

Being new to Linux, I haven't been able to find a process or documentation on how to create a bootable DVD ISO image of an existing configured system. What I'd like to do is build a Redhat server configured with the most applications used by our company, then boot new servers off of this DVD to build new servers. Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

You should look at Kickstart Installation.
