Please help me!
I installed CentOS4.2, MySQL, and PHP with RAID 5 ( SCSI 73G X3 ) Web site and FTP were running well until yesterday, but I can not login with admin user name and password in PHP user screen. Then, I thought PHP or MySQL were something wrong so that restart the server.

After that, that kind of error message came out and can't do anything. Keyboard also blinking with green lights. I changed the keyboard but nothing change.
I checked the BIOS ( Intel Mother Board with Xeon CPUs), I saw the three hard drives in there and keyboard is working as normal.
Please help me what should I do for this.

It looks like those messages are telling you that 2 of the 3 Hard drives in your RAID array have failed... RAID 5 can operate with 1 failed device but not 2..

Is there a RAID managment interface you can get into at the BIOS level or at start time to check the heralth of the array ?

Are the drives setup in a software RAID or connected to a hardware RAID controller ?

Otherwise it's time to figure out which 2 drives failed replace them or if it's not an actual disk failure but just a RAID failure you will need to remove / re-add them to the array, and rebuild.

Might be time to check the backups..

The messages are "two harddrives were something wrong at the same time or Raid Software was broken?"
Is that possible to chang the same size one drive to there will help something? I have one same size, same brand hard drive together with me.

I am sorry I really don't know about Linux and Raid.
I have my friend did for that Raid 5 and he is a professional of Linux, but I could not contact to him at this moment.

I really don't think you can recover data on a RAID 5 array after 2 drives have failed at the same time. aspecially not in a 3 drive array. someone correct me if I'm wrong but I do not think that will happen.

I would suggest doing som ereading on RAID recovery you may find something that will help you to reconstruct the array without too much data loss.. best of luck, and if you manage to get it back up and running please let us know how..
