RADIUS rpm has dependencies
I'm trying to install RADIUSD on RHL 7.2. It says it needs dependencies such-and-such.
How dow you resolve dependencies? Do I need to install all this crap? GLIBs and stuff, it's a lot. And /bin/sh, some other things.so.6 and .2. I just need to do RADIUS for my Livingston Portmaster dialups. |
yes you need to resolve them. rpmfind.net if you compile and install from source you often will not have as strict a set of thigns to satisfy
|
I tried the two RADIUSD rpms they had there, it (rpm package manager) just says "error." I tried both src and w/o. Src just gives "error" and the other has even more dependencies than the original from Livingston.
How do I resolve dependencies in Linux? Or is there another way around this? |
you resolve them by installing the packages it tells you to....
