racer game
hello ..there
I m a newbie using RH9.....i was wondering if there is
a way 2 install the game RACER (which comes with
SuSE on my pcpc...:>

Do you mean Tux Racer?
If you go to Add/Remove Applications under System Settings, then go to Games and then Details you should see it. Check it off. You also need your RH CDs to install it.

NO not Tux Racer just "RACER" ......U can find about it on suse website

http://www.racer.nl/news.htm - that's the homepage (I have the game too). They have a download page, for Windoze, Linux and even Mac I think.

oh, as a side note, I found their page using http://www.google.com/linux
It's their bad ass search engine for all things Linux.

thanks... tyccea...
but something is not right.....the last few lines of compilation r pasted below.....
can u or anybody else tell me what the problem was...???
