Just thought could I download the video using a pc say from an internet cafe onto my usb stick and play it that way using one of tha universal players. looking forward to your solutions. punctum |
Post a link to the video that you downloaded. I'll look at it. You need the audio and video codecs installed for the media you are trying to play.

QuickTime
I have just downloaded the ifyoucanqtmov.zip form
http://www.thecatholicchoirbook.com/ifyoucanqtmov.zip Looking at the file in MediaInfo http://pastebin.com/89M6WuNm there is a 89 audio tracks in that file, so could it be because of that that there is no audio playback? This is what is says below the download text on the webiste: "When the opening slide appears, wait about 20 seconds then press the spacebar to move from slide to slide. There is no sound on the first 5 slides. On slide 6, you will hear a note played on piano - if not, adjust the volume on your computer. If you have any problems with the file, make sure that the entire 451 MB file has downloaded." In my Totem Media Player I have no Audio showing in the properties of the file. In my VLC I can hear on slide 6 one piano tone and after that no more audio. I would say that the file is not correctly recorded, the file has bean created using Apple Keynote 5.1, so I would not be surprised .. |
Thanks Marcelp1 Thats just what I came up with apart from all the tech detail.sent off an email to the site asking if they can help ie a new recording.punctum
