Quick question - which updates to install? (MDK 10.1)

Just a quick noob question. I've recently installed Mandrake 10.1 and after a few initial problems, everything seems to be running well now. However, as I didn't install any updates when I installed MDK, I'm thinking it would be wise to do so now (having configured my internet conection). Which ones do I download and install from RPMdrake? All of them? Security, bug fixes and normal updates? I have an ADSL connection but even so, as they amount to 398MB, I was wondering if they're all necessary? If so then I'll install the lot; your advice is much appreciated though.

many thanks,
