Quick Question: What VPN SERVICE is the best for Linux AND Windows?

I'm currently using HideMy@$$'s pro VPN service. On Windows it's second to none. On Linux its laughable at best. I don't mind using the terminal to control it but I want some more control over my VPN service than on and off.

So my question is what VPN service do you use on your Linux machines? I've got a Mac OSX, a Win7 box, WindowsXP and Linux Mint (Ubuntu based) machines and want at least my Windows and Linux machines to have access to the service.

Thanks so much! I've been researching this for ages but can't make any real headway.

You can try vpnc on linux. This is compatible with Cisco's VPN service and I believe is quite widely used.

I use openvpn pretty easy to run but gives you quite a bit of control

I use vpnc. It's very simple to use. Controls are command line based. I use it probably about once a day and have had no problems with it.
