quick File Manager question

I know this sounds petty, but can anyone tell me how to make File Manager open folders in the same window? In other words, not spawn a new instance of file manager every time I click a folder?

This is in GNOME in Fedora 4.

That behavior annoyed me and a lot of other people too. Here is the fix:
