A quick search on Google ("sudo report incident") turned up this Ubuntu thread: "sudo: ... This incident will be reported".

The report is sent through email (if available) and also logged in auth.log.

Thumbs up

Hi,

You can check in /var/log/secure.
You can see there which user tried to login, and what command he gave.
