Question regarding wemail

Good day, I am currently using wemail as my email interface. I am having
some problem using it. After I have install wemail, I can view the interface
and can compose and email. But, unfortunely, I cant receive any email.

I am using sendmail server and iptables as my firewall. I can view incoming
and outgoing email through a text based email interface (PINE). But, when I
log-in to wemail, I cant receive any email but I can sent e-mail.

By the way, how to set quota to an user? Is there any other email interface beside wemail and webmail?

Thanks in advance.
