Cool Question regarding the command uptime


Questions for uptime:


How long has it been since the machine has last booted?

:::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::
[root@station root]$ uptime
05:06:00 up 3 days, 12:25, 2 users, load average: 0.89, 3.25, 8.87

As far as i know that there are 3 users logged onto the machine. the machine has been active but now it is unactive.
Also, iv it is up for 3 days, it has been running for 72 hourse am i right? no? why?
