Question re: MD5SUM

Greetings all,

Ive just downloaded Redhat 9's ISO images and I have got to the part where I need to check them with MD5SUM. I am currently using Win XP so I don't have a "shell" to run it, is there a utility that I can download that is a shell emulator?
