Question about Quota

I have a question about quota

I may of work it out, its only taken me four days
here is what i think it may be

I do all this init 1 mode

so if its home we are looking at for users its like so

LABEL=/home /home ext3 defaults,usrquota,grpquota 1 2

mount -o remount /home

rm -rf /home/quota.user
rm -rf /home/quota.group
touch /home/aquota.user
touch /home/aquota.group
chmod 0600 /home/aquota.user
chmod 0600 /home/aquota.group

the quotacheck -vagum

then add user in edquota -u tommy

then added the rest in

Disk quotas for user tommy (uid 503):

Filesystem blocks soft hard inodes soft hard

/dev/hda3 24 50000 0 7 0 0

TT

any one tell me if i have it right please
