Question about a process I saw in htop

Hello. When running htop I noticed the following:

Code:
/usr/lib/at-spi2-core/at-spi2-registryd --use-gnome-session
I don't have Gnome installed. I use IceWM and I login via startx. So I'm wondering why I'm seeing this. Can this be changed to better reflect what I'm actually using?

I'm using Wicd to connect the internet. I'm running Debian 10 (buster) on a MacBook Pro 5.5 (4 GB RAM).

Well, I just removed at-spi2-core, and then rebooted. Everything seems fine. Programs, including stuff like gnome-sound-recorder, still work. And I'm not seeing any RAM go to waste on this mysterious process anymore. So, for me, it's solved.
