Query about script variable

I was just wondering what this variable returns in a script:

$@

Any assistance is appreciated!

Assuming you mean shell scripts (like bash), $@ evaluates to all of the parameters passed to the script. So if the script was run like this:

myscript a b c

Then $@ would be "a b c". Check out the bash manual page for details.

It might mean something different in other scripting languages... not sure.
