qmail not sending or receiving
 

when l run qmailctl stat
l get the following:

/service/qmail-send: up (pid 3426) 83042 seconds
/service/qmail-send/log: up (pid 22325) 0 seconds
/service/qmail-smtpd: up (pid 3429) 83042 seconds
/service/qmail-smtpd/log: up (pid 22324) 0 seconds
messages in queue: 7
messages in queue but not yet preprocessed: 23
/service/qmail-pop3d: up (pid 22327) 0 seconds
/service/qmail-pop3d/log: up (pid 22326) 0 seconds

the messages in the queue and those not yet processed have been like that since yestersday. My users can't receive or send mail.

what can be the problem???????????????

Any pointers in the logfiles ?
