Putty ssh and windows 8 printing.
 

I have a HP officejet mulitfunction unit. I just purchased a Inspiron lap top with Windows 8. Does anyone have any advice. My last lap top had Windows 7 no problems printing from Putty SSH

I think he wants to know how to install putty on windows 8 or how to SSH into a server from windows 8.

My question is? Are their any programs that will allow me to print from my lap top to HP Officejet. I went onto Putty.org. was not able to find any programs to run with Windows 8. I am a novice when it comes to computers. thank you for your help

Sorry I don't know what putty has to do with using Windows 8 machine to print to an HP printer. Did the printer come with any documentation?

Also please note that this particular website/forum is primarily focused on the Linux operating system (and other related topics and systems) and has nothing to do with MS Windows.
