purchase slackware package

Hi at all, from http://www.slackware.com/ I bought the slackware package and I paid for it. 4 5 months have passed but still nothing.

I try to contact but I didn't receive anything.

What can I do?

Did you payment actually go through? How did you try to contact? The place to send such queries is sales@store.slackware.com
