public key error from linux enviroment

Hi guys urgent assistance please,

I've got a SFTP connection with a client, they coming from a linux enviroment and would like to login on to my server without having to enter a password, which doesnt work, but from thier windows they manage to login, they gave a set of public keys to place on that folder they have access to, do i have to do any configs on my side?

no, not if they have access to their own home directory to manage it themselves.
