Public IP configuration in internal network

I have a server and want to make available for public user. I already bought Public static ip address from ISP.

This server is in our internal network. I would like to configure a server with Public IP and Private IP both. Request should serve by Public IP address only and outside user can access apache web server content with public ip address or domain name.

I can SSH the server with private ip address.

How I can configure this environment in organizational network

It's your router/firewall that will need to be configured to forward traffic to your server. I assume you're referring to a web server?

Anyway, to get the basic idea about port forwarding...
