ps command is visible in 80 characters


When i am running ps -ef command I am getting the execution of the commnad in "80 characters"

Any solution will be appreciated

Hi,

Try this: ps -ef | fold

I don't know what you are talking about, could you elaborate?

Hi,

I'm getting more confused now:

Post #1: When i am running ps -ef command I am getting the execution of the commnad in "80 characters"
Post #3: I mean if I want to see the output of ps command in 80 character instead of colums.

Looks like you already have 80 chars if you do not use fold.......

Could you give an example?
