A better suggestion would be for you to load and run those proxy server programs yourself, to generate your OWN log files. Since this is for your research work, that would get you exactly what you need.

Since you provide NO DETAILS at all, there's little we can do. Saying "five different proxy servers", tells us nothing...WHICH proxy servers? Running which OS'es? How much traffic?? And you do realize that if anyone sends you files, they're going to be useless, right?? Since not only will the proxy servers be tailored for their environments (thus ruining any way for you to use the data in a meaningful way), but if they're smart, they'll have to sanitize and remove ANY of the relevant network and user data, making them even MORE useless. You could pull a sample from several proxy servers in a few minutes and have data that's just as usable.
