proxy

here is my problem..
i access the net from two places..at my college where it is via squid proxy and at home via direct broadband..So each time i reach any of these places i have to enter manual proxy configuration option in firefox or direct internet connection..i also have to change it in synaptic package manager and in network proxy..is there any script so that i can do it with a click???

thanks

For synaptic you will have to change it manually. But when it comes to browsing you can have two different browsers one with proxy settings and other without it.
