You would write code and TCL scripts to do so.
We are happy to HELP with specific questions, so if you have them, please post them (along with the code that YOU have written), and the error(s) you're seeing, along with the version of NS2 (which is old at this point), and the version/distro of Linux. Otherwise, Google has MANY example scripts/programs that you can easily find.
