Usually there are hundreds on the CDs, or, if you have yum installed, look at the repositories listed in /etc/yum.conf or in the files in /etc/yum.repos.d .
Perhaps you could be more specific?

You have "The Gimp". It comes with the distribution, if you've not installed it, it's on your Fedora cd's.

You can find programs for Fedora on:
http://freshrpms.net/

If you have FC3 you can use "Yum Extender" ... take a look at this. It's yum with a gui and all repositories.

Good luck!
