profile loading
 

when i log in to my server i get the welcome message..
like
$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$<some text>$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

i have checked .bash_profile of my serve but there is nothing
so can u plz tell me where this text is written
i am using rhel 4.0

I suggest you look at /etc/motd and maybe /etc/issue.
