Exclamation Probs. with graphic (kyro 2)when installing RH7.1

Hi .

I am have trouble installing red hat 7.1 .
I go through all the installation and setup the graphics card as generic standard VGA and on the second last screen of the install where you can set the amount of colours and size , I click on the test settings button and a black screen flashes up and then it returns to the amount of colours and size so I continued installing. Any way once it has all installed and rebooted instead of going into red hat it give me a command prompt and ask for Login name and password.

My video card is a kyro 2.

What to do?
