problems with wireless network adapter

is there any way to make fedora load modprobe ndiswrapper and networkmanager before the starting udev line appears on boot up otherwise i have to disconnect boot up, reconnect, start terminal and enter the following

# su -
password ****
# modprobe ndiswrapper
# networkmanager

if i dont disconnect the wireless it hangs so can i tell the boot up to load these commands before the hang (at starting udev)

thanks
