Problems with wget... "Temporary failure in name resolution"

When I use the wget command the server responds with: Temporary failure in name resolution.
I've done this on several other VPS and it works, what would the problem be with this one?

Code:
[root@vps-001 ts]# cd /home/ts
[root@vps-001 ts]# wget ftp://ftp.freenet.de/pub/4players/te...202319.tar.bz2
--18:54:24--  ftp://ftp.freenet.de/pub/4players/te...202319.tar.bz2
           => `ts2_server_rc2_202319.tar.bz2'
Resolving ftp.freenet.de... failed: Temporary failure in name resolution.
[root@vps-001 ts]#
