problems with pypanel

I am having some problems getting pypanel to work correctly.

Once an item is minimized I can not get it to maximize again. Everything else with it works. I can change desktops with it and if I click the scrollwheel over an app it closes that app.

How can I make it so that I can click on an application on pypanel and it either maximize or minimize?
