problems with pupzip

I understand being asked to install to Pupzip. I just don't know how to get the apps out of there.When I try ,I usually wind up taking the icon totally off the desktop.I read the article and it gave a lot of text codes. Is there a step-by-step article for this?

From what I understand, that icon is for drag and drop i.e. you drag the file to it and you should then be presented with options as to what you want to do.

Ok,I dragged the Seamonkey update out of pupzip and onto the desktop.I right clicked and took run,action etc.I fed om the gimp command that was suggested.I was asked if I wanted to put it into an existing or new file.I tried both. If I said existing file,I went back to the beginning in pupzip.If I chose new, a tar something box came up .Which option should U try and where do I go from there?
