Problems with Lan and Sound on G915 motherboard


Plz somebody help me out , i hav installed Linux Red hat 9.0 , i hav intel G915 motherboard everything is ok except sound and lan, im not able to hear any song , play any video and configure Network , i hav heard tht it doesnt support G915 motherboard only Linux Mandrake supports it , so is there any other way using which i can solve it ???????

ok, have you tried a live cd like knopix? Such CDs can often auto detect hardware and you can see what modules you need.
Also, isn't RedHat 9 quite old? you could update your distro and/or kernal, and see if that helps.
