Unhappy problems with kppp


I setup kppp corectly,connects to my isp and after 2 minutes i get a message that i received my own ech-reply. the modem is configures correctly. the pppd dies with the error code 15.
also i get a message that says cannot find ethernet address for proxy ARP

The pppd error signal 15 is from a process sending a termination code to pppd. A process didn't like what was happening, and told it to shut down. To correct this is a matter of tweaking the pppd configuration files to fit your needs.

Now for the ethernet error, are you running DHCP or is the ethernet card staticly assigned an address?
