Problems with dual-boot Fedora on second drive

I purchased a new hard drive and have now setup xp on my new drive. This left my old one of 40g for a Fedora Core 3 install. I've downloaded the iso's, ive burned them, ive installed Fedora, and I've used bootpart to edit the boot.ini. I opted to install the boot info on the second drive. When I restart ntldr allows me to choose between Linux and Windows XP Prof. Xp works fine. However, when I try and boot Linux I end up at the blue screen of death. I get Stop C000021a. At this point I am lost as to how to fix this problem. Any sugestions would be greatly welcomed.

Fedora must be on the first master drive from what I remember. Linux must go on the first drive first partition and everything else after that.
