Help! First, I am NO techie. I have been using Kazaa Lite to download music, then use Roxio CD creator to create my cd. It used to work fine. BUT, lately, when retrieving these files created on Roxio from my documents to create another CD .... the whole thing bombs at some point ..... it gets stuck. THEN, a message comes up saying that my system is low on virtual memory and that Windows is increasing the size of my virtual memory paging file. Nothing ever happens ... I can't get out of this process without turning my computer off. I called Dell and they said it's Kazaa Lite .... something having to do with spyware. I have ruined a lot of cds, and this used to be fun, but now I'm depressed and ready to throw this #%3*^#$!! computer out!! Oh, I did re-install Roxio Easy CD creator, and I really do have plenty of virtual memory. I am using Windows XP. Can anyone put music back into my life and save me from prozac??

Which version of Roxio are you using?
Try ver. 5.01 0or 5.02 with two updates from Roxio(free Dnld)site.
N.B: You need those updts. to run on WinXP.
Before that you could try to Copy the data to HDD first(under adv. setup).
Good Luck.
