Im pretty sure i have removed grub from my vista drive, the menu im now getting looks completely different compared to the earlier one. Well anyways, my brother has promised to help me out with this(he actully knows something about linux ).

I am also going to try out the Wubi installer.

mbrfix worked for me , but i couldnt get ubuntu to work even after setting boot options to boot from pen drive, i guess ill have to reinstall ubuntu
